Hello, HaTeX users!

I made important changes in the library. I am continually thinking 
about improve it. This time, I merged both normal and monadic interfaces 
with a typeclass called LaTeXC. I hope all you like it.

Previous code using HaTeX must work with this version also. So you 
don't have to worry. If you have any issue, comment it, please. The only 
change you must need to do is to drop the .Monad in your import.
