[Haddock] Regenerating Haddock docs on Hackage

It looks like the docs on hackage now have the new stylesheet applied,
but the html is still table-based.  That leads to a number of
formatting bugs.  Anyone have any idea what can be done to fix that?

If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to
consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the
family Anatidae on our hands.
